We wish to advise users of the Hospital’s Visitors Car Park, that over the next day or so, they may notice payments being deducted from their debit or credit card accounts relating to car parking charges incurred at the Hospital over the past number of months.

This has arisen due to a technical issue with our car park payment system provider, which was outside the Hospital’s control and resulted in delays in processing certain payments. This technical issue has now been resolved. Some of these transactions may be appearing as ‘pending’ on users’ bank accounts.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
