By law in Ireland, you must be less than 12 weeks pregnant to request a termination of pregnancy (abortion) unless there are special circumstances.

If you have decided that you do not want to continue your pregnancy, contact myoptions and they will give you the contact details of a GP/ women’s health doctor who will manage your care.

If for any reason, you require hospital based care, the GP/ women’s health doctor will refer you to our service.

If you choose to attend our service your confidentiality will be maintained at all times.

For emergencies and complications following abortion, call the main hospital on 01 408 5200. Our Emergency Room is open 24/7.
