We are delighted to hear when we are doing well, but we also need to know what we can do better.

  • acknowledge your communication
  • pass on any praise received for a member of staff or our service
  • act upon any suggestion or complaint we receive
  • respond to your formal complaint within 30 working days, or keep you informed if this process takes longer
  • advise you of your right to an independent review by the HSE or the Ombudsman
